Deborah's Bio
Deborah Antignano is a songwriter and
recording artist for Matter of the Heart Ministry founded
in 2005. Her desire is to go out into the world and preach
the gospel to those who are broken-hearted as the Word of
God proclaims. Deborah has been serving the Lord since 2002
and has a call of evangelism upon her life. She has a burden
and desire to see people hunger and thirst for God and for
them to be transformed by the love and power of God. The burden
Deborah has in her ministry comes from a passionate appreciation
of her Saving Faith in Jesus Christ.
Deborah has been singing since she is
four years old. With her past performing experiences, her
unique style of singing includes Popular, Jazz, Rhythm and
Blues, Gospel and a variety of worship music. The gift of
writing songs is truly a miracle. Once Deborah gave her heart
to the LORD, HE blessed her with the gift to write songs.
The songs Deborah writes are rooted in the Truth of God’s
Word.
She has performed throughout the tri-state
area at various functions for the past twenty plus years such
as the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Youth D.A.R.E.S. and
for the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation. She was also selected
to sing the National Anthem at Keyspan Park in Brooklyn, New
York.
Since giving her life to the LORD, Deborah
has had many wonderful ministry opportunities. She has performed
at the “Catch the Fire Event” in Staten Island,
New York and has ministered in many other outreach events,
church functions, and Christian coffee houses. Deborah has
also ministered in many nursing homes in both song and spoken
Word throughout New York and New Jersey. Deborah also has
ministered in the spoken Word at women’s Bible meetings/conferences.
The LORD has also opened a wonderful door for her to minister
at the praise and worship services held before Revelation
Generation Concert events that have been taking place in New
Jersey for the past few years. Deborah is also engaged in
active ministry with True
Grace Promotions for many concert events. Some of the
past concerts with True Grace Promotions included, The King
is Coming at Brooklyn College, a Gospel Cruise, Sheepshead
Bay, Brooklyn and Worship Out Loud 2009 Concert Event in Bronx,
New York.
Deborah is currently attending Christian
Pentecostal Church in Staten Island. She resides in Staten
Island, NY with her husband, Sal, and her daughter, Danielle.
