Deborah's Bio
Deborah is a songwriter and recording artist for Matter of the Heart Ministry founded in 2005. Her desire is to go out into the world and preach the gospel to those who are broken-hearted as the Word of God proclaims. Deborah’s testimony of saving faith was recorded at her home in 2009 by the 700 Club which can be seen on her website.
Deborah has a unique style of singing which includes Christian, Gospel, Popular, Jazz, Rhythm and Blues and a variety of worship music. She has performed throughout the tri-state area at various functions hosted by different Christian Ministries, Churches and Organizations such as Christian Churches of Southern Ocean County, New Jersey, “Family Concert at Sunset” series, True Grace Promotions, Hearts of Joy Women’s Ministry with Zarephath Christian Church for their women’s Christmas Celebration 2012 and upcoming April 2012 women’s retreat, Sandy Cove, Maryland leading worship, Catch the Fire Event, Staten Island, New York, plus many other outreach events and church functions. When called upon,
Deborah has also been guest speaker for Sunday services in various churches, nursing homes, as well as women’s ministries. Deborah is also currently serving on her home church worship team at Christian Pentecostal Church and is currently serving as Sunday School teacher for the Junior High School children. Deborah has been serving the Lord since 2002 and has a call of evangelism upon her life. She has a burden for the lost and through the gift of God in song her desire is to touch those who are heavy burdened and to encourage the Body of Christ.
